Cultural Talent Search Scholarship Scheme 2023-24:

Cultural Talent Search Scholarship Scheme 2023-24 is an initiative by the Centre for Cultural Resources and Training (CCRT) (an autonomous Organisation under the Ministry of Culture of Government of India) for students under the age group of 10 to 14 years. The objective of this scheme is to provide specialized training to talented children in various cultural fields with a special focus on rare art forms which are on the verge of extinction.

Eligibility Criteria:

To be eligible, an applicant must –

be a student between the age group of 10 and 14 years.
be studying at a recognised school or belong to a family who practices traditional performing arts.
have a monthly family income of less than INR 8,000.

Benefits:

Selected candidates will receive INR 3,600 per year and a reimbursement of up to INR 9,000 per year for the fee paid to the institution/guru/teacher to receive specialised training.
